Purchase an "Ornament of Hope" and help a woman become a homeowner! From 2013 to 2015, ornament sales proceeds helped us to purchase 7 acres of land for our home ownership program for our Jinja women beaders. In 2016 and 2017, beaded ornament sales continue to provide home building funds so that the first phase of home construction (10 homes) can begin during 2018. This will assure that our courageous women who make the beaded ornaments can move out of the Ugandan slums and out of poverty forever. Our women have been busy all summer making these special Christmas ornaments to bring them closer to their lifelong (but previously unattainable) goal of owning their own home.
